Key Performance Metrics
- Growth: Build more clubs than we lose
- Reduce the number of resigning clubs to less than 100
- Increase districts with positive growth to 35 districts
- Increase the number of clubs realizing 25% positive growth to 367
- Service: Increase the amount of service provided in our communities
- Increase the number of clubs participating in Kiwanis One Day by 10%
- Increase the club foundation giving by 10%
- Membership: Improve the club experience in existing clubs
- Reduce the average age of membership by one year
- Increase the percentage of women in Kiwanis by 3%
